**We are seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team. We are looking for a medical office secretary, 30 hours /week as a start for a Family Doctors Practice.**

**Compensation based on the experience**

**Responsibilities**
**- Greet patients in a professional and friendly manner**
**- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries**
**- Update and maintain electronic medical records accurately (OSCAR)**
**- Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers**
**- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic**

**Skills**
**- Proficiency in medical terminology**
**- Experience with office and front desk operations**
**- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems**
**- Knowledge of phone systems and etiquette**
**- Previous experience**

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Medical receptionist: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
