Blueridge OMS is a full-scope Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Practice with three locations in Oakville, Burlington, and Hamilton. Blueridge OMS patient care is focused on three pillars - convenience, surgical excellence, and innovation.

We have an amazing network of referrals across Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, and Milton.

We are looking for an organized, patient-centered applicant to join our team to help us with our patient coordination.

Responsibilities include:
1) Answer phone calls and schedule patient appointments

2) Work directly with surgeons to create treatment plans for patients

3) Access reports and organize in patients' chart

4) Speak with our referrals to organize patient care

5) Follow-up with patients regarding treatment status and billings

6) Be familiar with office workflow to optimize the patient experience

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Burlington, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
