**Position Overview**

**Key Functions & Duties**
- Carry out assembly tasks as part of the Production process, ensuring components are accurately and efficiently assembled while maintaining quality and compliance with company standards.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and ensure workspaces are in good condition.
- Collaborate with Team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise, using problem-solving skills and practical knowledge.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and workplace protocols at all times.
- Communicate effectively with Supervisors and colleagues to ensure expectations are met.

Health and Safety
- Reporting Hazards/Unsafe Working Conditions
- Following all PPE/Safe Work Instructions
- Understand responsibilities related to the Provincial legislation

Environmental
- Work to achieve Environmental objectives
- Understand how their tasks/activities impact the environment
- Report Environmental concerns

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Experience with assembly tasks in a manufacturing or trade-related environment is a plus, i.e., carpentry, finishing carpentry
- Knowledge of how to use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment
- Experience in blueprint reading, repair and maintenance or specialized knowledge is highly desirable, i.e., plumbing, electrical, pneumatic, mechanical
- Skillful and precise hand-eye coordination for detailed tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent work ethic, including punctuality, reliability and initiative
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills by communicating effectively with Team member, contributing to a positive work environment and collaborating across departments to ensure smooth workflow and project success.
- Physical ability to perform manual labour, including lifting up to 50lbs, bending, crouching and standing for extended periods.
- Forklift License and other certifications are considered an asset.

Pay: From $52,000.00 per year
