**What is an Track and Trace Coordinator?**:
As a Customer Service Representative you will be the liaison between carriers and TRAFFIX Carrier Sales, Operations and/or Sales Team. You will proactively identify potential problems and work with your team to find solutions. You will maintain accurate records within TRAFFIX' TMS reflecting tracing updates and pertinent load details. This is a role with extensive upward mobility.

**What does a day in the life of an Customer Service Representative look like?**:
A day in the life of a TRAFFIX Customer Service Representative includes the following:

- Entering orders into TRAFFIX TMS
- Proactively identifying potential problems and resolving them before they escalate
- Tracking and tracing customer orders to provide them with proactive updates
