Sports Memorabilia Auction Coordinator

AJ Sports is an established sports memorabilia and marketing company looking for an auction coordinator and product associate to work directly with the president in coordinating and launching our monthly auction.

The role includes:

- Listing items to be sold in our monthly auction including writing short descriptions, photography, and organization..
- Answering questions, following up with customers and staff as needed.
- Co-ordinating across multiple platforms.
- Assisting with signing events for general product creation and specific auction product creation.
- Assisting in preparing merchandise for website sales.
- Filing paperwork and digitizing records
- Other product needs as required.
- Interest with knowledge of NHL hockey and other professional sports.
- Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft 365 Excel.
- Experience in photography and photoshop.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Be extremely organized and detail oriented.
- Be proactive in addressing issues and able to work with management team to find solutions.

Bonus qualifications:

- An interest in sports memorabilia including cards and autographs.
- Experience working with ecommerce apps, specifically Shopify.
- Experience with social media.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37 - 44 per week
