Welcome to the future of Early Learning Our newly-built modern licensed childcare facility in Hillhurst is looking for 1 experienced and passionate **Level 3** Educator, to join our world-class team. The role of Blüm's **Primary Educator** is pivotal in providing quality, holistic, and respectful programming to the registered students at Blüm Childcare Academy. They will nurture a safe, flexible, and stimulating environment that facilitates early learning and models appropriate positive behaviours and skills through meditating, observing, questioning, demonstrating, and reinforcing.

**Core Qualifications**
- 3 years of demonstrated experience in a licensed setting
- Certified **Level 3** from the Government of Alberta (only Level 3)
- Police Clearance with Vulnerable Sector Check obtained 8 or less weeks ago
- First Aid + CPR training from a recognized and AHS-approved organization
**Additional Skills Required**
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills in English (and any other language is a bonus)
- Flexible attitude to responsibilities & tasks assigned
- Acceptance and understanding of cultural diversity
- Respect confidentiality as it relates to families, students and team members
- Uphold the Blüm principles of clutter-free Montessori design
- An interest or experience in Montessori philosophy
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement engaging educational curriculum tailored to student's developmental needs
- Foster a safe and nurturing environment through effective communication and active supervision
- Collaborate with families to support student's learning and development
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress and behaviour
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including CPR and First Aid protocols
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
