**Position Overview**:We are looking for an Auction House Associate who is eager to learn, has strong organizational skills, and can handle a variety of tasks with efficiency. This role involves assisting in the setup and organization of auctions, photographing items, managing item descriptions, and ensuring smooth customer interactions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in organizing and setting up auctions.
- Take high-quality photographs of auction items.
- Input accurate descriptions of items and upload information to our system.
- Organize customer pickups and manage the scheduling process.
- Interact with customers and the public in a friendly and professional manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to learn quickly.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and OneDrive.
- Ability to take direction and work independently.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting when needed.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service experience.
- Resides in the Langley/Abbotsford area.
- Experience or knowledge of the auction industry is a plus but not required.
- Knowledge of antiques, collectibles, or memorabilia is a bonus but not required.
