We are a unique local bridal store in the downtown area of Toronto. We cater to the needs of modern and classic Canadian brides. We provide bridal dresses, bridal accessories and alteration services that are beautiful and extraordinary for all brides.

We are immediately looking for an Expert Seamstress to be a part of our spirited team.

You have a passion for working with brides’ and bridal gowns, and are devoted to ensuring their gowns are a perfect fit and brides have a memorable experience. You not only love what you do, but you pride yourself for having a pleasant personality, excellent organization and communication skills, and are willing to work flexible hours.

**Requirements**:

- Previous 5 years experience in head-to-toe alterations, repair and tailoring for bridal dresses and evening gowns
- Ability to sew dresses on sewing machine and by hand with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- Great eye and physical condition to perform manual work and display good eye co-ordination
- Tailor and sew clothing according to specifications and desires of the bride by deadline
- Work well with others, paying attentions to details, and delivering results on a timely basis
- Understanding and executing the standards, code of conduct, and store policies
- Bilingual skills are a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
