Service Area: Metro Vancouver

SPCA Animal Kind accredited.

$50,000 to $75,000 plus - based on hourly, overtime, incentive and bonus pay, but no limits to your earning potential

Working in wildlife exclusion is an extremely interesting and exciting occupation what will keep you physically fit and continually growing by being challenged daily. We are looking for career oriented applicants who are dedicated and committed to working with our winning team. Being humane minded, well organized, detail oriented and skilled in effective communication are important assets. Motivated applicants must be physically fit, comfortable working on ladders and roofs and proficient with using tools. No previous wildlife removal experience is necessary, we will train you. Everyday we deal with raccoons, squirrels, skunks, rats, mice, bats, birds, etc. No insect work.

You are someone who:

- Is looking for full time, long term employment (3+ Yrs )
- Likes solving problems and repairing things
- Has a general respect for all animals
- Doesn't mind getting dirty
- Wants a job where every day is different
- Thrives working in a fast-paced outdoor environment
- Driver's Licence and a police check must be in good standing

Your main duties will include:

- Performing building and roof inspections
- Animal removals, animal proofing and repairs
- Setting and removing rodent traps and other preventative activities

Your skills and work experience should include:

- Good with your hands and using small hand tools
- No fear of heights or confined spaces
- Physically able to lift and climb ladders
- Being well organized and detail oriented
- Excellent customer service nature
- Some experience in home building, carpentry, or animal handling can be an asset

No experience in animal proofing necessary, just need to be very creative and quick learner. All company equipment, tools and trucks provided.

Must be COVID-19 vaccinated
