**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and purchases.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately.
- Engage in upselling and cross-selling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to effectively assist customers.
- Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Stay updated on technology sales trends and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Proficiency in operating POS systems and handling cash transactions.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the store's schedule.
- A friendly demeanor with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
