**Hojo Beer Store Manager**

The Hojo Beer Store is a very busy beer store located in the Howard Johnson Hotel at 3740 Portage Ave. We pride ourselves on running a good business, we have great selection and a great team.

We are looking for someone to lead our team as our current manager is leaving for a new role.

This person needs to have the following skills:

- Organizational Skills. Our manager needs to be able to organize the vendor, it's team and the businesses needs.
- Leadership Skills. Our manager needs to be able to lead our team by example. We are not looking for big shots we are looking for a working manager.

The following duties will be required of our manager:

- Ordering of product and Limited Time Offers
- Scheduling Employees
- Hiring and Firing of their employees
- Organizing inventory including regular inventory and stocktaking
- Working with company reps on promotions
- Managing a team.

**Salary**: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
