Job Summary:
As a Lube Bay Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance services, including oil changes, fluid checks, and tire rotations. This entry-level position is a great opportunity for individuals looking to start or advance their career in the automotive industry. You will work alongside experienced technicians and have opportunities for growth and further training.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform oil changes and lubrication services efficiently and accurately.
- Inspect and replace filters, fluids, and other basic vehicle components.
- Check and adjust tire pressures, rotate tires, and conduct basic tire services.
- Perform multi-point inspections and report findings to service advisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures in the service department.
- Assist in other light maintenance tasks as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent Hillside Chevrolet professionally.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Previous experience in an automotive service role is an asset but not required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Experience with CDK is an asset

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
