Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a **Digital Marketing Manager **with the ability to manage and support various projects at once and bring your creative flair to our company. We are a small team quickly expanding and you will be joining us at a critical time in the company's history as we scale globally. You will work closely with the Sales, Marketing and Client Success teams.
- **What will I be doing?**_
- **Digital marketing campaigns**:This involves developing, implementing and managing marketing strategies that are designed to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to the company's website or social media pages and generate leads or sales. You'll also drive results for lead generation by improving our funnels and all brand touchpoints to maximize our organic reach. Your involvement in managing the creation and scheduling content for LinkedIn is expected, although there is a team responsible for social media that also plays a part in this process. Your expertise and input will be valued in ensuring that high-quality content is produced and scheduled effectively.
- **Market research**: This involves researching industry trends, preferences, and behaviours to help build marketing strategies and campaigns.
- **Campaign performance**:This involves analyzing data from various marketing channels to track the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement and adjust your strategy as needed.
- **Website**:This involves ensuring that the company's website is optimized for search engines, user experience, and conversion rate optimization. We will be going through a website overhaul, and you will work closely with our teams to manage this outsourced project.
- **Utilizing AI-powered tools**:Using AI-powered tools like Copy AI to generate copy and bounce ideas off.
- **Scalability**: we are currently scaling at rapid speed and this role requires clear documentation of all processes and templates for the future scalability of the company. You must be willing and able to write step by step actions for our internal online training team producing manuals.
Overall, a Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and tactics that help the company achieve its marketing goals.

- **What skills & qualifications do I need?**_
- **Completion of a degree** in marketing, business or a related or a combination of education, training, and experience deemed equivalent.
- **Minimum three (3) years of experience **in marketing with proven knowledge of SEO, digital, and social media. Which includes, understanding of digital strategy development and implementation, web metrics, and digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.
- **Hybrid position** that requires in-office at headquarters 3 times a week, located in Lindsay, Ontario. **Possession** of a vehicle and valid driver's license.
- **Having proficiency in online tools is required. **It's a plus if you're knowledgeable in HubSpot, MS Workplace, WordPress, ClickUp, and Canva.
- **Familiar with using AI, **prepared and eager to implement it into our processes here at DCM.
- **As part of a fast-growing company, **you are willing to wear multiple hats when needed and want to provide feedback to help mature your role.
