**Job Summary**
Gravity Plumbing is a fast-growing residential and commercial plumbing company that takes pride in delivering exceptional service and results. We are looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy Administrative & Marketing Assistant to support the Owner and Executive Assistant in day-to-day operations while helping us strengthen our brand presence and marketing efforts.

**Responsibilities**
- **Executive & Administrative Support**:

- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for the Owner and Executive Assistant
- Organize and maintain digital files, documents, and company records
- Track open tasks, deadlines, and priorities — keep leadership informed of upcoming commitments
- Assist in preparing internal reports, meeting agendas, and follow-up notes
- Support project tracking and help ensure jobs are properly closed and billed
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

**Marketing & Social Media**
- Assist in developing and posting content across company social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Capture photos/videos of job sites, team events, and company milestones (when appropriate)
- Help monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages
- Work with vendors and suppliers on promotional materials (flyers, signage, branded gear)
- Brainstorm creative ideas to build our brand and highlight our team’s work

**General Office & Team Support**
- Order office supplies and assist with inventory tracking
- Help prepare quotes, proposals, and documents for clients
- Assist with onboarding materials and HR paperwork when needed
- Keep the office and digital workspace organized and efficient

**Qualifications**
- Experience in an administrative or assistant role (1-3 years preferred)
- Knowledge of social media marketing and/or advertising (bonus if you have graphic design or video editing skills)
- Comfortable using tech SRM. Jobber, Quickbooks,
- Strong time management skills — able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally (when needed for errands, site visits, etc.)
