**Cellular Construction/Maintenance Program Manager**

**Position Summary**:
WaveStar Networks is currently looking to add a Cellular Construction/Maintenance Program Manager to our Telecommunication team to manage the successful execution of ongoing Cellular Infrastructure construction, upgrade and maintenance programs. Working on our customer’s cellular infrastructure you will take programs from discovery to closure.

With head offices located in Richmond Hill ON, WaveStar Networks is a Canadian company with over 15 years’ experience providing a wide array of network infrastructure and communication system services as well as professional and consulting services to telecommunication/ISP providers, data centre operators and corporate/business/public sector customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working with our customers and our internal groups, manage the successful implementation of new, ongoing or maintenance cellular projects in a fluid fast-paced environment
- Conduct daily production meetings with the different customer teams
- Track materials both received and out to the job
- Track requirement changes, manpower productivity and expenses
- Proactively monitor, track and control project outcomes
- Manage project cost estimating, budgeting and control activities to meet budgetary objectives

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years previous experience managing time critical construction activities, manpower scheduling and materials coordination
- Previous experience working within cellular industry is a benefit
- General understanding of cellular technology and related infrastructure
- Able to work within tight schedules
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Able to work creatively, collaboratively and analytically in a problem-solving environment through teamwork, innovation and delivery excellence.
- Able and willing to travel as required for varying periods of time, often with short notice.
- Ontario Driver’s license and good driving record. Access to a personal vehicle.
