We are expanding our business and have an exciting opportunity to add a skilled and experienced Truss Plant Manager to the team

As the Truss Plant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, managing a skilled team of professionals, and driving operational excellence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide strategic leadership to the plant operations, ensuring all activities align with the company's mission and values.
- Oversee the entire manufacturing process, from raw materials intake to the final product, while maintaining quality and efficiency standards.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices that foster a culture of trust, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Manage and optimize plant resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to achieve production targets and meet customer demands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as production, engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain, to drive seamless operations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess plant performance, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and industry standards, prioritizing the well-being of employees and the community.
- Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and strive for cost-effective production without compromising quality.
- Foster a positive work environment by coaching, mentoring, and developing plant staff, promoting skill enhancement and career growth.
- Maintain open communication with senior management, providing regular reports on plant performance, challenges, and opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record in plant management or related roles within the Building Supply Industry.
- Strong understanding of truss principles and the ability to integrate them into plant operations.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in analyzing data, interpreting KPIs, and making data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities even under pressure.
- Knowledge of safety protocols, environmental regulations, and compliance standards.
- Familiarity with relevant software and tools for production and operations management.
