SKILLS is a progressive community-based agency which provides a range of support to people with disabilities.

The search is on for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and experienced Female **Part-time Team Leader**to provide strong mentorship and leadership to a diverse, committed, and caring staffing team. You will be supporting two women in their home. These women having caring and involved families. This position offers 20-41.25 hrs a week. Monday to Friday 8:00am to 12:00pm, there is an option to continue the shift from 12:00pm to 4:15pm as a CSWI and with some flexibility based on the needs of the Individuals.

**Strong documentation skills, and leadership experience will be considered an asset. As a Team leader you will be expected to perform administrative tasks. Strong computer skills understanding of payroll and documentation skills are required. Experience with diabetes care will be considered an asset. All applicants must have a vehicle. The focus of this position will be to help all of the individuals access the community to do the things they enjoy.**

A Vehicle is required, along with Adequate Insurance & Clear driver’s Abstract.

The successful applicant must provide a current clear Criminal Record Check with the Vulnerable Sector Search current within six months.

Starting wage range for the team Leader position is $25.50 to $27.50 per hour and is commensurate with education and experience. SKILLS’ offers paid in-house training to employees. If you choose to take the second part CSW I 12:00 pm-4:15 pm Mon
- Fri 21.25 hrs extra, the rate would be $19.00-$20.17.
