Maintenance Person

The Maintenance person is responsible for repairs in guest rooms, public areas, and administrative office.
**Some of the job duties include but are not limited to**:
- Respond and complete all maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Respond and perform duties of a groundskeeper in all weather conditions.
- Maintain all work areas in an orderly and clean condition.
- Inspect public areas daily for any maintenance concerns.
- Provide minor maintenance repairs to guestrooms, public areas, and administrative offices.
- Repairs may include minor plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling ventilation, furnishings and fixtures, painting, wall cover repairs, light carpentry, door, and window repairs.
**Prerequisites**:
**Education**:
Must have a minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Preference will be given to those with tickets or other certificates.
**Experience**:
Must have a minimum 1 year of hotel maintenance experience.

We provide fully furnished subsidized shared accommodation for only $28/day. The units consist of condominiums, and houses with 2-3 bedrooms. All units are equipped with shared bathrooms, kitchens, and in-suite laundry. All bedrooms and living rooms are fully furnished with the essentials, including free internet and cable. Occupancy in the units is limited to ensure a comfortable living environment.
