We transport community members with various accessibility needs throughout the city every day of the year. We are looking for a full-time dispatcher to join our GOVA Plus team evenings, weekends, holidays, and some day shifts commencing immediately

We are looking for new and experienced Dispatchers.

**What we Offer**:

**Who can do this job???**
- High school graduate
- Excellent customer service
- Professional and effective communication in both English and French (oral and written)
- Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office
- Work well independently and with others
- Possess good geographic knowledge of Greater Sudbury
- Be knowledgeable in applicable laws and regulations
- Proven organizational, time-management and motivational skills
- Effective critical thinking skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
- Criminal check/vulnerable sector screening required
