Job Summary
Reporting to the Project Management Office (PMO), the Exhibitions Manager will provide internal project leadership and manages all aspects of exhibition and special installation from early development phase through final production. Under the guidance of the Senior Manager and/or Senior Exhibitions Manager, they coordinate the output of many departments; provides budget and timeline structure for project, maintains schedules and production deadlines; tracks and manages exhibition budgets, manages service contracts, and solicits Senior Manager, PMO for involvement as required. The Exhibitions Manager liaises with internal services and external collaborators and clients (artists, lenders, museums, guest curators, etc.); and manages all aspects of incoming art loans for exhibition including documentation, lender liaison and administration.
**Requirements**:

- Degree in Art History, Fine Arts, Museum Studies or other related field or equivalent experience;
- PMP certification and sound knowledge of project management;
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in planning and management, ideally in the Exhibitions area or in a cultural institution;
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in financial management in public programs in a cultural institution;
- Ability to develop, monitor and control budgets, work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Excellent leadership skills, interpersonal skills, organizational and analytical skills;
- Strong communication, negotiation and mediation skills;
- General preventive conservation theory and practice;
- Knowledge of museology;
