**The Role**:
The Project Manager is responsible for managing land development projects through design, approval and construction. The Project Manager implements of project management plans, financial evaluation and reporting, management of construction operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Implementation of project management plans.
- Coordination of the development of conceptual draft plans and financial evaluation of plan alternatives.
- Management of consultant team to ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
- Ensure timely planning approvals (Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-Law Amendment, Draft Plan Approval, etc.).
- Report to senior management on the progress and financial status of projects.
- Coordination of cost-sharing agreements.
- Coordination with homebuilding team.
- Perform any other duties as required
**You will bring**:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the land development industry.
- Project management experience, including: scheduling, financial reporting, and management of staff/consultants.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to balance priorities and work independently.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Exceptional problem solving and decision-making abilities.
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Urban Planning.
