Construction Supervisor

On Side Restoration is looking for a Project Supervisor-Construction to join our team Reporting to the Operations Manager, Project Supervisors oversee branch repair teams and projects.

The Project Supervisor is all about leading people, a history of working with repair scopes / processes and getting work done to keep clients satisfied. Overseeing all repair personnel, the Project Supervisor-Construction must have superior knowledge of construction and the ability to build great teams and working relationships, needs to be highly knowledgeable of all types of restoration and stay up to date on all health and safety standards.

**What you bring**
- Previous repair experience and applicable certification. A combination of experience and education will be evaluated
- Previous leadership in the construction or restoration industry is preferred
- Training abilities and a passion for helping teams get ‘it’ right the first time
- Strong technical knowledge in finishing
- Strong organizational and inventory management abilities
- Excellent communicator with a natural, authentic rapport
- Track record creating a lean and efficient team
- Team player, self-motivated and goal oriented.
- Ability to prioritize and meet tight timelines
- Clear criminal background check
- Working knowledge of building codes
- Enhanced critical thinking, decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Clear understanding of industry standards and new innovative building materials

- Trade Certifications
- IICRC certification in: Water Restoration Technician IICRC and/or Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician IICRC
- Fall Protection
- Level 1 First Aid
- Health and Safety Certifications

Pay: $28.00-$36.00 per hour
