**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily operations on the production line, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Address any issues or concerns that arise during the production process promptly and effectively.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing levels as necessary to meet production demands.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and increase operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of production output, employee performance, and any incidents that occur on the line.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste
- Monitor and improve production efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and resolve any issues that arise
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment

**QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS**:
- Post-Secondary education in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- 5 years in a leadership role with 10+ direct reports
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and practices
- Mechanical knowledge and understanding of assembly processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Solid understanding of supply chain management principles
- Experience in quality control methods and techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
