**The Opportunity**
As Administrative & Office Coordinator you will have the opportunity to assist in various aspects of LIDD’s business, by providing support to team members and managing the diverse day to day activities in a fast-paced environment.
The goal for this position will be to ensure that our employees have the best possible experience working at LIDD. You will work out of our Montreal Office (Old-Port).

En tant que coordonnateur admin & bureau, vous aurez l'occasion de contribuer à plusieurs des activités commerciales de LIDD, en apportant votre soutien aux membres de l'équipe et en gérant les activités quotidiennes et ce, dans un environnement au rythme soutenu.
L'objectif de ce poste sera de s'assurer que nos employés ont la meilleure expérience possible en travaillant chez LIDD. Vous travaillerez à partir de notre bureau de Montréal (Vieux-Port).

**Requirements**:
**Main tasks and responsibilities, although are not limited to the following**
- Provide front line customer service by answering requests from employees in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage inquiries and relationships with the building owner
- Manage company administrative contracts
- Manage general day to day activities of the office, maintaining inventory of all office and general supplies
- Participate in organizing logistics for various events (e.g. team meetings, scheduling appointments, committees, virtual conferences, travel, making travel arrangements, preparing expense reports and other administrative duties as assigned)
- Multi-task by providing ad-hoc administrative support including to remote staff as needed
- Enhance the employee experience by facilitating the onboarding process, conduct orientation sessions and be a point of contact for new hires
- Be a super user for several internal platforms
- Support the implementation of company programs and initiatives in collaboration with the Shared Services team
- Promote company culture, values and create positive partnerships with colleagues.
- Provide regional support and assistance, as needed
**Requirements - To qualify for this role, you’ll need**
- Fluency in French and English spoken and written
- About 2 years of previous administrative management or clerical experience
- To be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and you know how to prioritize at any given time
- Organizational skills, you are a multi-tasker, and you adapt easily to change
- The ability to communicate clearly and to make solid decision on short notice for everyone’s best interest
- To love working with people and helping them, which means you care for them
**Bonus points if you have**
- Previous experience working as an Admin / Office Coordinator in a professional services firm
