Prime Leasing is looking for an organized and well presented Customer Operations Admin Representative to join our team.

Position Summary

The Customer Admin Representative is responsible for working with the Operating Team to prepare all admin relating to Customer Leases.

Role Responsibilities:

- Support Customer operations with daily tasks including (Lease preparation, as well as assisting in the closing of Lease Files, PO Creation, Tracking/Monitoring System Operations).
- Use SAAQclic to plate vehicles for Client Leases.
- Send Letter to clients (Repossession and Legal)
- Insurance Claim processing
- Reception relief when needed.
- Other Administrative tasks and responsibilities as needed.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 1 year experience in Automotive.
- Well presented and professional
- Strong communicating skills
- Work well with computers (Microsoft office)
- Ability to communicate both verbally and written (French & English)
- Ability to work under pressure
- Must be organized and detail oriented
- Work well in teams
- Must be able to take initiative and work autonomously

**Salary**: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

**Experience**:
