**ABOUT MCA**:
MCA is a leading Canadian Merchandising Company, offering Sales, Merchandising, Price Collection, Retail Audits and Data Collection services to Retailers and Consumer Packaged Goods companies across Canada.

**ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY**:
You will be supporting a big box retailer through their 16-18 week renovation in **Whitby, ON**.
- **HOURS**: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
- **SHIFTS**: 10:30PM to 7:00AM from Sunday night through Friday Morning
- **START DATE**: ASAP
- **WAGE**: $20 an hour
- **BONUSES**: Referral, completion, and attendance bonus

**MERCHANDISERS**:
The Merchandising team, led by a Team Lead, will efficiently reset sections to planogram, build endcaps and displays, and install price tags and signage. Working with the Team Lead, Merchandisers will problem solve where needed to ensure that tasks stay on track and deadlines are met.
- Merchandising and Planogram experience is preferred
- Experience working in big box Retail or Grocery settings is preferred
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 40lbs, as well as capable of standing, bending, reaching, and lifting continuously for long periods of time

**FIXTURE INSTALLERS**:
The fixture Installation team, by a Team Lead, with safety, attention to detail and quality at the forefront, will efficiently and safely receive and unload fixture shipments; Deconstruct, move, and build/place store fixtures, including gondolas, warehouse racking and POP displays.
- Previous experience building/installing fixtures in big box retailers is an asset
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 40lbs, as well as capable of standing, bending, reaching, and lifting continuously for long periods of time
- Previous experience with a variety of hand and construction tools

You are reliable, turning up each night and working alongside the team to deliver quality work. You are fun to be around, self-motivated and take pride in your work. You communicate with the Team Lead, bringing issues and possible solutions to their attention. You can work without supervision when needed but are capable of following direction when working as part of the larger team. A successful merchandiser is always organized and maintains a professional and calm demeanor even when things get tough.
