We are a growing our residential company division specializing in the development of multi-unit housing projects ranging from triplexes to 10-unit buildings. Our team is passionate about building quality homes that serve communities and meet high standards of design and durability.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise all on-site construction activities for residential buildings (triplex to 10 units)
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, deliveries, inspections, and labor
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local building codes
- Conduct daily site walk-throughs and provide regular progress reports
- Resolve on-site issues quickly and efficiently
- Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and trades
- Maintain accurate records, including daily logs, safety reports, and site documentation

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience in residential construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Proven track record managing low-rise multi-unit projects (3 to 10 units)
- Solid knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and job site safety
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Proficient with construction management software and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

**Nice to Have**:

- Red Seal Certification or relevant trade background
- First Aid / WHMIS / OSHA certification
- Experience with energy-efficient or sustainable building practices

Pay: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
