**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Work about 40 hrs a week, starting early in the morning
- Supervise the work of delivery persons and yard labourers, evaluate their performance and act as a mentor
- Manage deliveries of equipment, tools and material from multiple locations
- Keep garage, yard and delivery trucks organised and clean all year round
- Ensure all maintenance and repairs of all equipment and tools are performed as per manufacturer’s requirements
- Ensure CVOR vehicles follow regulations
- Manage maintenance and repairs of all vehicles and equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records (HILTI ONTRACK)
- Ensure departmental and corporate policies and procedures are communicated and followed
- Establish short, medium and long term objectives and strategies in terms of equipment with operations manager
- Establish action plans and procedures to meet these objectives
- Evaluate suppliers, make sure they are competitive

- Ability to handle and lift medium to heavy loads (up to 40kgs) independently
- Ability and willingness to work in dusty, warm, cold environment
- Have mechanical aptitudes and comfortable working with heavy equipment
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- High school diploma and more than five (5) years of relevant professional experience
- Excellent knowledge of tools and heavy equipment needed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (French/English, bilingualism is a must)
- Must have a valid driver’s licence
- Experience in maintenance and repair of small tools and small engines
- Experience driving trailer
- Certification for propane handling
- Working at heights certification
- WHMIS up to date
- Forklifts (telehandler) certification
- Knowledge in structural steel equipment
- Knowledge of computer systems such as Office 365, Adobe, Google, HILTI ONTRACK
- General computer skills and hardware
- Experience as a welder, preferred
- Self motivated, detail-oriented team player
- Ability to multitask with mínimal guidance to meet scheduled delivery dates
- Proficient organizational and time management skills
- Autonomy, initiative and a sense of responsibility
- Competitive salary according to a salary scale. (based on years of experience)
Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
