**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Work about 40 hrs a week, starting early in the morning. Some deliveries need to be completed prior, jobsites starting at 7am;
- Keep garage, yard and delivery trucks organized and clean all year round;
- Fill out vehicle logbooks and checks as per CVOR regulations;
- Deliver equipment, tools and supplies from one location to another;
- Most deliveries will be done with a pick-up truck and trailer. Only about 1/3 of deliveries are done with the tractor-trailer;
- Fill and empty trucks and trailers with available equipment;
- Perform daily inspections of equipment;
- Receive and store deliveries from suppliers;
- Ensure all maintenance of all equipment and tools are performed as per manufacturer’s requirements;
- Complete all necessary health and safety documentation and logs;
- Wear PPE as per jobsite requirements for deliveries;
- Maintain accurate inventory records (HILTI ONTRACK);
- Ensure departmental and corporate policies and procedures are followed.
**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Plans, organizes and manages time well;
- Adapts quickly to changes, communicates effectively, collaborates and is a good team player;
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team;
- Motivation and ability to work in a safe and efficient manner;
- Ability to handle and lift medium to heavy loads (up to 40kgs) independently;
- Ability and willingness to work in dusty, warm, cold environment;
- Have mechanical aptitudes and comfortable working with heavy equipment;
- Have good problem-solving skills;
- Demonstrates patience, understanding and a positive professional attitude in dealing with challenging situations and individuals;
- Possess a positive attitude and a sense of humor.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- High school diploma and more than two (2) years of relevant professional experience;
- Excellent knowledge of tools and heavy equipment needed;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (French/English, bilingualism is a must);
- **Must have a valid class AZ driver’s license**. Driving Record mandatory;
- Experience driving a pick-up truck with a trailer (dump trailer, gooseneck, etc.);
- Experience in maintenance of small tools and small engines;
- Propane handling certification;
- Working at heights certification;
- Forklifts (telehandler) certification;
- EWP (Elevated Work Platform) certification;
- WHMIS up to date;
- Mechanical aptitude and be comfortable working with heavy equipment;
- Ability to obtain a security clearance;
- Proficient organizational and time management skills;
- Autonomy, initiative and a sense of responsibility.
Competitive salary according to a salary scale. (based on years of experience)
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
