Your Opportunity:
This individual coordinates the administration of contracts for Direct Patient Services. This includes contracts related to Community and Continuing Care and the possibility of other direct patient care contracts. This individual is responsible for providing support to a minimum of 4-6 Contract Coordinators for preparation and implementation of contract files, drafting correspondence, generating contracts from approved templates, researching contract histories and summarizing, and reviews/tracks service provider contracts. The incumbent is required to provide a high standard of interpersonal communications and must demonstrate strict confidentiality, attention to detail, creativity, flexibility, and initiative. Responsibilities will include: Develop reports regarding contract status and maintain all information in the contract database to facilitate ongoing review. Supports the team in entering contract data in the Contract Life Management system and contract inventory. Gathering due diligence information on contracts. Ensures timely and accurate communication of information to internal and external parties. Liaise with end-user departments/vendors on various aspects of contracts. Acts as a resource to provide guidance/expertise as required to end-users/vendors and other AHS departments related to the AHS contracting process as it pertains to Community & Continuing Care. Provides clerical support to Contract Coordinators and supervisors regarding documentation, reporting, filing, contract maintenance, and monitoring. Assembles monthly statistics and prepares reports on an ad hoc basis.

**Required Qualifications**:
Some post-secondary education.
**Additional Required Qualifications**:
Experience working with multifaceted client and stakeholder groups including executive offices. Strong computer skills. Advanced knowledge of computers and software (Windows and MS Office - all components). Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other advanced features) is required. Must be proficient in working in a fast paced environment with several different documents concurrently. Must have strong cognitive, analytical, and problem solving skills. Must possess good interpersonal, communications, and customer relation skills. Must work well within a team environment and independently.
