**Opportunity**:Accounts Receivable Administrator

**Schedule: Monday -Friday 8 hours per day**

**Job Location**:Edmonton

**Description**:
The accounts receivable administrator will be responsible for full cycle accounts receivable duties. Reporting to the Controller, this position will ensure timely and accurate processing of all accounts receivable transactions.

**Qualifications**:

- 1 - 3 years of accounting and administrative experience
- Experience with Sage 50 would be considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail
- Understanding of accounting principles would be considered an asset
- Ability to process large volume of billings
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency using Office 365 and Adobe
- Great time management skills with the ability to work on a wide range of tasks concurrently
- Good communication skills, both verbal and electronic while interacting with customers and other team members. Ability to maintain good relationships

**Role & Responsibilities of Accounts Receivable Administrator**:

- Creating a high volume of accounts receivable billings for multiple business units
- Complete invoicing in customer portals
- Work with the Accounts Receivable department to ensure the success of the team
- Daily invoicing and reconciliation
- Keep customer files updated
- Respond to customer enquires and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain an accurate electronic filing system
- Provide support to the Finance team as required
- Various administrative duties
