Air Canada Rouge is looking for an exceptional team of mentors to coach, support and develop our amazing Rouge Crew as they continue to create memorable moments by delivering an outstanding experience for travellers everywhere.

**Overview**:

- We’re proud of what we deliver and are always looking for ways to make the onboard experience even better. As a mentor, you’ll be perfectly positioned to gather feedback on what is and isn’t working for both our passengers and Rouge Crew.
- If you are an enthusiastic team player with experience as a flight attendant or Lead and a passion for customer service, we’d love to hear from you.
- Reports to the Onboard Experience Leader

**Detailed Qualifications**:

- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Demonstrates leadership skills, professional maturity and mutual respect
- Proven ability to work well with others, proactive and enthusiastic team player
- Demonstrates flexibility and embraces change with ease
- Highly adaptable and flexible to support a 24/7 operation
- Willingness and ability to travel
- Demonstrates impeccable grooming
- Previous airline experience
