We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Toronto, Canada, or Montreal, Quebec. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Marsh’s Global Marine, Logistics, and Transportation Practice is the leading provider of risk management solutions to this dynamic industry in Canada and a leading provider of premiums in the insurance marketplace. As a member of the broking team within the Marine, Logistics, and Transportation Practice, you would help provide the expertise to service our clients.

**We will count on you to**:

- Researches various markets or industries as designated to find resources on new growth areas and trends for expansion for internal use to identify growth opportunities.
- Conducts and refines data analyses to support proposal creation and account-facing presentations. Develop strong relationships with professional counterparts at client organizations.
- Addresses escalated issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner, helps manage expectations, mitigates relationship risks, and applies judgment as to when to escalate major issues to senior-level colleagues ensuring compliance.
- Offers technical and transactional support for complex or high-priority relationships when needed to ensure relationship satisfaction and facilitate a mutual internal and external understanding.
- Attends and participates in industry events and conferences to build up a strong professional network, maintain proximity to the relevant market, and represent the Company.

**What you need to have**:

- 3+ years of commercial or construction insurance experience.
- RIBO license or willing to obtain within 90 days
