We are looking for a daycare director who is a leader, professional, positive and energetic Individual.

Must be prepared to step into ratio when needed, manage staff professionally and respectfully. Communicate with parents in a timely fashion, respond to all parent messages and meetings.

Ensure all health and licensing standards are always upheld and met.

Ensure the safety and well being of children is top priority.

Stong communication and reporting to owners on a daily basis. Great communication both written and verbal.
- **Leadership & Management**: Providing direction and supervision to staff, managing hiring and training, and fostering a positive work environment.
- making sure daily activities and programming is followed.
- **Staff Oversight**: Supervising educators, providing mentorship, and supporting their professional development.
- **Family & Community Engagement**: Building strong relationships with families and the wider community, and addressing their questions and concerns.
- **Compliance**: Ensuring the facility adheres to all policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

Essential Skills & Qualities
- **Leadership**: Ability to inspire and guide staff, fostering a positive and professional atmosphere.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address daily challenges and conflicts.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of personalities among staff, children, and parents.
- **Adaptability**: A willingness to handle a diverse and changing daily workflow, which can vary greatly depending on the center's needs

Must hold a level 3 ECE.

First aid

Food safe is a bonus

Criminal record check with vulnerable sector.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
