**Job Summary**

This is a fully **commission-based (independent contractor)** role offering the flexibility to work on your schedule. This is **not a full-time** role and there is **no fixed pay**.

You will earn a **fixed commission of $40 for each customer** who signs up and completes their first session through the platform, as well as a **fixed commission of $30 for each personal trainer** who completes their profile and is approved on the Group Fit Trainer app. There are also opportunities to earn bonuses.

**Responsibilities**
- Understand the functionality and features of the Group Fit app for customers and the Group Fit Trainer app to confidently explain its benefits.
- Assist potential customers/personal trainers with downloading the app, creating profiles, and completing their first session if needed.
- Actively seek new customer sign-ups through networking, referrals, and other outreach methods.
- Clearly communicate the value of Group Fit’s personalized training sessions and flexible fitness options.
- Provide outstanding customer support to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for users.
- Maintain accurate records of your sales activities and progress.
- Contractors are free to choose their methods for engaging potential customers and trainers, whether face-to-face, over the phone, or through other means.
- Contractors are responsible for identifying and approaching potential users independently.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field; experience in the health and fitness industry is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to explain and troubleshoot app functionalities to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Access to a smartphone or device capable of demonstrating the app to potential customers.
