We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Roofing Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating business by identifying potential clients, establishing relationships, and closing sales deals. You will be the key point of contact between our company and our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential clients and establish relationships with them.
- Generate business by making cold calls, attending industry events, and conducting market research.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services.
- Collaborate with our team of estimators and project managers to provide accurate and timely proposals to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using our CRM software.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Qualifications:

- At least 3 years of experience in sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software
