Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Lead Hand to join our team. As a Lead Hand, you will be responsible for coordinating the work of a team, ensuring that orders are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with team members.

**Responsibilities**:

- Have a practical experience on a lead hand position for at least 2 years.
- Open to learn new skills in order to perform that job.
- Perform the production with another helper as assigned.
- Able to carry 40 lbs on repeated manners.
- To achieve daily targets as assigned.
- Pay attention to the quality of the products.
- To help with loading orders to customers from shipping area
- Monitor the progress of work and make adjustments as necessary
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- To have experience driving the forklift.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
