- This position requires a highly skilled and motivated individual to provide quality and relevant training in a variety of food service management, nutrition, and food related courses.
1. Instruction and curriculum development of a variety of courses in the Food and Nutrition Management Program.
2. Evaluate student progress and provide feedback.
3. Participate in the development, maintenance and revision of curriculum.
4. Participate in program, campus, SaskPolytech, industry and other professional or other stakeholders’ activities.

**Specific Accountabilities**

**Duties**
- A Health Care Cook Certificate or Journeyperson Red Seal Cook
- Two years of healthcare experience.
- Effective communication skills (oral and written).
- Effective problem solving skills.
- Effective team building and conflict management skills.
- Demonstrates valuing diversity.
