Additional responsibilities include providing updates on case statuses, ensuring compliance with regulations, and assisting with the resolution of any issues that arise during the immigration process. Collaboration with team members to improve processes and client satisfaction is key to this role.QualificationsProficient in client communication, case documentation, and liaison with government officials for immigration casesKnowledge of immigration laws, application processes, and compliance requirementsStrong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skillsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential client information with discretionProficient in using office software and case management systemsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFluency in English is required; additional language proficiency (such as Punjabi or Hindi) is an assetBachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
