London.Homes, an innovative, growing technology company in London, seeks a dynamic Broker of Record and Chief Recruitment Officer to play a pivotal role in establishing and expanding our brokerage. As a key team leader, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and retaining a team of commission-based realtors and brokers. This position offers significant growth potential with a combination of base salary and commissions. All this with the help of a unique technology-driven head office dedicated to your success, with the assistance of geographic branding focused on London.Homes.

Role Overview: In collaboration with the London.Homes technology, you will spearhead the direct recruitment of agents across London, Ontario markets and businesses focused on home services. while also serving as the face of our brand. This role involves introducing London Homes to potential agents, teams, New Home Builders, and marketing solutions for businesses focused on Home Repairs primarily in the London area, while upholding our values of communication and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

- Post compelling job advertisements on industry-specific platforms to attract top-tier real estate professionals.
- Attend workshops and networking events to stay updated on industry trends and maintain expertise.
- Analyze reports to provide management with insights for strategic decision-making.
- Utilize various tools including MLS, LinkedIn, in-house network, and competitors' websites to identify potential recruits.
- Foster ongoing relationships with potential agents, tracking interactions and successful affiliations.
- Regularly meet with brokerage principals to ensure alignment, effective communication, and follow-up.
- Promote the London, Ontario area, brand value, and achievements in recruitment campaigns.
- Perform Mandatory Broker of Record duties on behalf of the Brokerage as dictated by RECO guidelines.
- Understand RECO rules and regulations, especially about agent recruitment and brokerage operations.
- Enhance brand recruitment materials and success stories for consistent use across offices.
- Stay informed about rival recruiting, advertising, and industry trends to enhance the company's competitive edge.

**Requirements**:

- Must be a licensed broker in Ontario with the capability to serve as our Broker of Record (Or Be willing to complete the required education and licensing to become the Broker of Record in Ontario within two months)
- Must have at least 3 year’s experience as a full time licensed Realtor
- Passionate brand ambassador.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on consistent follow-up.
- Comfortable with technology and social media platforms.
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights for real estate professionals.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Proficiency with MS Office and presentation tools.
- Talent management or recruitment expertise is preferred but not essential.
- Passion to grow and excel as a Director within the Corporation.
