**Job Title: -** Data Migration Analyst

**Responsibilities: -**
- Engage on multiple data migration/transformation client initiatives
- Design test strategy, including data reconciliation strategy and perform data validation post migration to ensure successful transfer
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders on a regular basis to understand requirements/challenges
- Support evolution of existing data migration processes

**Qualifications: -**
- Minimum 5+ years of experience working on large scale data migration projects
- Sound knowledge of Life Insurance products and principles and hands on experience of having worked on Life Insurance
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills both written and verbal.
- Experience with mainframe CICS screens
- Hands-on experience with relational databases and MSQL queries
- Familiarity with MSQL management environment and data migration tools
- Matured documentation skills, ability to groom user stories
- Ability to be flexible with priorities and work on parallel tasks

**Must Haves: -**
- Data migration experience - data analysis and data mapping experience are a must
- Excellent communication, collaboration and documentation skills as this is an important aspect of the role
- Knowledge of Life Insurance products and principles
- Relational DB and MSQL
- Client facing skills
- Mainframe (navigate CICS screens)

**Nice to Have: -**
- JIRA
- API codes and JSON
- Sharepoint

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Data Migration, Data analysis and data mapping: 7 years (preferred)
- Mainframe (CICS screens): 2 years (preferred)
- Life insurance domain: 2 years (preferred)
