We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Emergency Services Coordinator reporting to the Emergency Services Manager. This is an in-office position located in Delta, BC.

**How you might spend your days**

Time cards
- Creating, editing and approving

Flood reports
- Making sure they all get handed in
- Checking to make sure all supplies are listed
- Uploading to correct job

File maintenance
- Photos and notes are updated
- EQ in correctly
- Creating work orders
- Collecting work authorizations from techs

Assisting flood techs
- Ordering clothes
- Getting job supplies
- Sending out work orders when needed
- Creating humidity reports

Assisting EMS manager
- Assist with equipment inventory
- Assist with cleaning machines

**We’d love to hear from you if**:

- You have administrative experience
- You have the ability to take initiative with excellent organizational skills
- You are proficient with computer systems including familiarity with Microsoft Office & Excel
- You pride yourself with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a timely and efficient manner
- You demonstrate superior communication
- Ability to function as part of a team as well as independently
- You think critically and show great judgement in your decision-making process
