Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Parts Advisor to join our team. As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right parts for their Marine engines or Powersport Products while ensuring a smooth and efficient ordering process. Your exceptional sales skills and knowledge of product parts will contribute to our overall customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts for their units
- Utilize computerized inventory systems to check availability and locate parts
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges
- Handle cash transactions and maintain proper cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely delivery of parts to technicians
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing parts
- Stay updated on new products, promotions, and industry trends to effectively market parts to customers
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and phone etiquette

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in automotive parts sales or related field is preferred
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Basic math skills for calculating prices, discounts, and taxes
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
