Join us today **Key Responsibilities** - Lock and unlock slot machines, exchange “cold” bill validators for “hot” bill validators - Close/secure slot machines/drop doors - Maintain a clean and safe workplace - Unload, unlock, empty, sort, count and verify the contents of all table game and bill validator drop boxes - Identify counterfeit money - Record currency, counterfeit, coupons, tokens, chips and verify totals to drop cards - Identify discrepancies, find errors and recount money - Clip, strap and bundle denominations - Key enter verified receipts accurately and print report - Must directly or indirectly provide for superior customer service and always promote excellent employee relations with co-workers - Perform other duties as assigned - Comply with AGCO and Casino Rama regulations, policies and procedures **What You’ll Require** - Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 30 lbs. frequently throughout the shift - Must be able to stand for prolonged periods and endure frequent bending, kneeling, lifting, twisting and reaching. - Must be able to perform frequent tasks with wrist, hand shoulder and elbow - Must be able to work in a team environment and follow detailed procedures - Must be able to work in a confined room under video and audio surveillance - Ability to deal with large sums of money - Previous experience with currency counters and banking is an asset - French language skills (verbal and written) are an asset - All employees at Casino Rama Resort are expected to: - Comply with the duties of workers or supervisors, as prescribed by Section 27 or 28 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act. - Comply with all applicable Casino Rama Occupational Health and Safety policies, procedures and protocols. - Demonstrate a positive health and safety attitude to ensure Casino Rama continuously provides a safe entertainment destination for patrons and co-workers. **What Is Next** - _ - **Gateway will post/recruit in accordance with the terms and conditions of applicable Collective Agreements_ - _ "Play Smart" To ensure that Casino Rama Resort is compliant with Provincial Regulations governing the age that you are able to enter/access a casino, no individuals that are under the age of nineteen (19) are permitted to access the Gaming Floor unless explicit approval has been received (i.e. hired as an employee).
