**ABOUT THIS POSITION**:
We are seeking qualified individuals to work with students in AP programs (Calculus) in a 1-on-1 setting. (This position is for in-person tutoring)

Successfully employed tutors will be required to submit a vulnerable sector screening criminal background check before they can begin working with students. We offer tutor orientation, access to resources, and ongoing support.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- AP Licensed Teacher.
- Knowledge of teaching techniques and learning styles
- Tutoring experience
- AP exam prep experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Dependability and professionalism

**COMPENSATION**:
Competitive hourly rate based on qualifications and experience. Completion bonus of up to $250 based on tutor performance and student retention rate for each semester or school year.

COVID-19 considerations:
All tutors are required to wear a mask whenever visiting a student's home for in-person sessions. Vaccines are essential for in-person tutoring sessions with all Advancity students.
