**Responsibilities**:

- Communication with Director of Operations regularly
- Working as part of a team
- Managing scheduling and payroll responsibilities
- Managing Deposits and store supplies
- Managing monthly and weekly reports
- Managing and implementing strategies and marketing campaigns provided by Headoffice
- Managing monthly and yearly quotas and targets
- Attending Virtual/Online trainings and monthly manager calls
- Respond to customer inquiries and offer information on all services provided
- Set up and walk customers through their virtual reality experience
- Promote customer loyalty by providing exceptional customer support
- Review and follow up on customer bookings/inquiries
- Opening or closing of the store will be required
- Opening and closing of cash register will be required
- Troubleshooting and equipment repair - no previous experience required
- Complete and stay on top of facility maintenance and upkeep tasks
- Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements
- Strong customer service focus
- Team oriented
- Previous management experience is an asset but not required
- Experience in a customer service or sales role (retail environment asset)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to multitask and maintain organization
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office programs
- Open to training and learning new skills
- Passion for games and entertainment is an asset
- Flexibility to work all shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
