Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing quality dental care to our patients. Your main responsibilities will include assisting the dentist during procedures, preparing treatment rooms, and ensuring the comfort of our patients. **Responsibilities**:

- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations and procedures
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Prepare materials for impressions and restorations
- Provide post-operative instructions to patients
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the office calendar
- Perform dental receptionist duties as needed

**Skills**:

- Experience in pediatric dentistry is preferred
- Proficiency in dental software such as Epic or Dentrix is a plus
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM technology for digital impressions is desirable
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to dentistry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $28.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 16 per week
