**Fabric Production Assistant**

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a passionate Fabric Production Assistant to join our team, supporting our Production Manager and contributing to our mission of excellence from design to the finished product.

**What You’ll Do**:
As our Fabric Production Assistant, you’ll play a key role in each step in the production process, from concept to completion. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, a love for têxtiles, and a commitment to quality. You’ll be hands-on in coordinating with suppliers, tracking progress, and ensuring that every piece of fabric meets our high standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate daily communications and follow-ups with suppliers
- Evaluate colours and designs of strike-off samples against print standards
- Ensure strike-off samples and production consistently meet quality standards
- Maintain and manage the production schedule
- Track progress to ensure timelines are met and the process remains on schedule
- Collaborate daily with suppliers, maintaining clear and consistent communication to ensure a smooth production process
- Evaluate and approve colors and designs of strike-off samples to ensure they align with our print standards
- Oversee quality control, ensuring strike-offs and production samples meet our high quality standards
- Oversee and update the production schedule to keep projects on track and on time
- Monitor progress and proactively address any issues to maintain the flow of production

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Textiles, Fashion, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a design or production environment
- Proficiency in Photoshop is a plus
- Keen sense of colour and design within the têxtile space
- Strong understanding of têxtile design, including pattern repeats and fabric printing
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- A team player with a positive attitude, willingness to learn and take direction

Pay: $42,500.00-$45,000.00 per year
