Persephone Brewing Co. is looking for an account representative to cover territory in the lower mainland. Sales experience from any industry is preferred, great attitude and value alignment is a must Duties include but are not limited to: - Building relationships and driving sales at an accounts level (retail and draught) - Pursuing new relationships and landing new accounts. - Fielding events, in-store tastings and farmers markets - Providing weekly reports on activity and sales through CRM software - Supporting the sale team, order desk and brewery in all areas to meet established communal sales targets. You: - Love craft beer - Care about social impact, environmental stewardship and your community - Are a self starter able to work by yourself and within a tight team. - Are sincere and genuine in your approach. - Understand the value of local agricuture and supporting local businesses. - Are able to do some of heavy lifting (keg, cases and flats). - Are engaging and enthusiastic. - Have a valid drivers license. Persephone Brewing Co. operates an 11-acre farm, brewery and community hub in Gibsons, BC. Our "farmhouse" approach integrates the on-site farming of hops, apples and honey for our beers and cider, as well as growing produce in support of local food security. We are proud to support other BC farmers by sourcing barley grown and malted right here in BC. We’re committed to farming our land as organically and responsibly as possible, using regenerative agricultural practices to maintain the viability of our soil to provide for our community for years to come Persephone is a social venture, bent on being socially and ecologically responsible. The brewery and farm are operated by a small team of extremely passionate staff committed to the company's vision of making great beer, supporting local agriculture, community connectedness, and capacity building for persons with developmental disabilities. Our primary charitable partner is the Sunshine Coast Association for Community Living (SCACL). We are the first and only brewery in BC to be B Corp certified. B Corps are better companies - better for employees, better for community, and better for the environment. Aspects of our sustainability program include converting our spent ingredients into compost, reusing our waste water for irrigation, partnering with local growers and chefs to provide a hyper-local culinary experience and scads of community fundraisers and events that bring our community together with visitors from afar to help us build the world we want to live in. **Salary**: $42,000.00-$55,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Automobile allowance - Casual dress - Company car - Company events - Extended health care - Flexible schedule - Paid time off - Store discount Flexible Language Requirement: - French not required Supplemental pay types: - Bonus pay COVID-19 considerations: We encourage all employees to be fully vaccinated Ability to commute/relocate: - Vancouver, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Work Location: On the road
