**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings and equipment to identify maintenance needs
- Perform repairs and maintenance on electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other facility-related equipment
- Fabricate components as necessary to support maintenance tasks
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed
- Supervise and train junior maintenance staff as needed
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Collaborate with external contractors for specialized repairs or services

**Skills**
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics
- Excellent customer service skills to address tenant or employee concerns effectively
- Leadership abilities to manage a team of maintenance personnel
- Experience in facilities maintenance practices and procedures
- Basic electrical knowledge for troubleshooting electrical issues
- Ability to fabricate parts or components when necessary
- Strong command of English for effective communication

This Building Maintenance role offers an opportunity for individuals who are dedicated to maintaining high standards within our facilities while providing exceptional service.

Pay: $38,701.67-$49,900.78 per year
